Alecia brings immense creativity and organization to her work. Her ability to jump into new challenges and create unique experiences and workflows demonstrates her deep experience in UX and human-centered design. Alecia has been working on a robust design system within Figma for a client in the gaming industry, creating new features while evolving the design system.

Bryan ElkusBryan Elkus

Bryan exemplifies what it means to be a multi-faceted designer with experience in strategy, research, experience design, and more. He’s been integral to building the design practice in our Ann Arbor office and leads the team as the Design Practice Lead. Outside of creating beautiful design solutions for clients, Bryan is also an accomplished photographer, documenting his worldly adventures.

Kim is the Practice Lead in our Grand Rapids office, where she supports teams, clients, and students from first-time designers to master practitioners.

Kyle HarrisKyle Harris

Kyle is one of those designers who can pick up a new tool or method and master it faster than most. His work with large design systems within Figma is an art (ask him about a large game design project he worked on recently). His ability to adapt these learnings to startups or enterprise companies makes him the versatile designer everyone wants to work with.

Matt is no stranger to complexity. In fact, he thrives on taking in all the information and data and turning it into a simple and elegant experience. It’s what makes him such a great collaborator for innovation work. His ability to facilitate teams and clients through divergent and convergent thinking is second to none.
